We offer contactless self-check-in and we are also available 24/7 via text or phone call. All city-wide and property-specific COVID-19 policy guidelines are required for our guests. We have professional cleaning staff on-site who adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines. We also strive to protect our customers and their belongings. Therefore, we chose to work with ADT security services to provide the best smart security systems in our premises, and our property is monitored 24/7.
The space
Our three-bedroom townhome offers one queen bed, one baby crib, beautiful vanity with a mirror in the main bedroom, two beautiful nightstands, a dresser, a TV in each of the two larger rooms, and two twin beds in the children’s bedroom. We also have two separate living room spaces, each with a beautiful sofa set, a treadmill, exercise weights, and a Coffee table/Ottoman, which will make you feel at home. We have stocked up our kitchen area with a beautiful cookware set, an air fryer, a pressure cooker, an ice maker, and other utensils you will need to assist you with cooking a simple meal for you and your family, plus a coffee maker. Also, a washer and dryer are available for you to use inside the home. Pets and not allowed at this time, and NO SMOKING is allowed in this home.
Please, make yourself feel at home when you arrive. We have Nest Thermostat, high-speed internet, plus Roku TV, which features Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and many more. Please, use these services and enjoy!
Guest access
This home is available for you starting at 3 pm, check-out time is at 11:30 am the next day for those staying a single night. We will provide you with a code to enter the property. Please treat this space with respect like the way you would treat your own. We have great neighbors, and they would appreciate quietness.
Important things to note
We accept all bookings with your full legal name and all major credit cards for all payments. In order for us to continue providing you with this 5-star experience, the number of people inside this home may not exceed the reserved guest amount, and we will not permit all unauthorized guests under any circumstances. We charge $35 for each guest after one, per stay. It's also $35 for each pet, per stay.
We do not allow any parties or any unauthorized gatherings on the premises. We have noise sensors to detect any noise levels inside the home. Following multiple warnings about large gatherings on the premises, we will use local law enforcement to ensure that there is compliance. If removal is necessary, we will do it at the guests’ expense. There is a $119 refundable fee, which covers the host up to $5000 in damages that may occur to the home,
